Live In The Media LLC is a social media and content business based in Toms River, NJ. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you use the contact or booking form, or email, call or text us, we collect your name, email address and phone number. You can also tell us your business name. We don't ask for payment details on this site.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your message.
- To schedule your call and keep you updated.
- To send booking confirmations and reminders by email and text.
Who handles it
Bookings on this site are handled by Wix, which stores the booking details you enter. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it except with the tools we use to run the business, such as Wix and our email and phone.
Text reminders
If you book a call, you'll get a confirmation and reminder by email and text. Reply STOP to a text at any time to stop texts. Message and data rates may apply.
Delete your information
To see, fix or delete the information we have about you, email carissa@liveinthemediallc.com or call or text 732-664-2067. We'll take care of it as soon as we can.
Terms
- Services and pricing. The services and prices on this site are a general guide. What we do and what it costs are set in a written agreement before work starts.
- Cancel or reschedule. To cancel or move a booked call or shoot, contact us by email, call or text.
- Content ownership and use. Who owns the content and how it can be used is covered in your client agreement.
- Changes. We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
